Regarding orders and shipping

Shipping costs are 600 yen (tax included) nationwide.

We ship within 3 to 10 business days of your order.

*We will strive to ship your order as quickly as possible, but please be aware that there may be delays due to congestion or weather conditions.

*For items that have already been shipped, you can check the tracking number in the shipping completion email.

決済完了後・商品未到着状態でのキャンセルに関しては受け付けておりません。
商品到着後に弊社都合での不備・不良がある場合は返品もしくは交換が可能です。

We do not accept cancellations after payment has been completed or before the product has arrived.
If there is a defect or flaw on our part after the product arrives, you can return or exchange it.
