Regarding delivery and inquiries during the New Year holidays

Please see below for information on our New Year holiday arrangements.

■ Regarding product delivery

The logistics center will be closed on the following dates. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but please understand that we will not be able to ship products during this period.

Closed: Friday, December 26th - Sunday, January 4th

Products ordered on or after Friday, December 26th will be shipped sequentially starting Monday, January 5th.

*Please note that deliveries may be delayed due to road congestion or other delivery circumstances.

■ Regarding inquiry support

We will be closed from Saturday, December 27th to Sunday, January 4th.

Inquiries received during the above period will be answered sequentially starting Monday, January 5th.

*Business hours (weekdays 9:00 - 18:00)
